The information below refers mainly to psychological therapy with individuals and couples. Please get in contact with queries regarding facilitation (group work, training) and coaching (performance, leadership and organisation/culture). These often require context-specific consideration.
Who do I work with?
I work with individuals and couples over 18 years of age.
I work with people who wish to receive help with issues such as the following (but not limited to):
- Anxiety, panic attacks and stress
- Depression, emotional detachment and hopelessness
- Relationship and interpersonal difficulties
- Concerns regarding identity (e.g. sexual orientation, gender, career choices)
- Trauma ranging from single incidents to cumulative and complex
- Low self-esteem or self-confidence
- Medically unexplained symptoms
- Adjustment to physical health conditions
- Impact of inequality and discrimination (e.g. racism, sexism, disability)
- Bereavement or loss
I do not provide formal psychometric testing for diagnostic purposes or medico-legal reports. I do not provide an emergency service.
How long are therapy sessions?
Sessions are usually 50 minutes in length at weekly or fortnightly intervals.
Where do sessions take place?
20 Great Portland St, London, W1W 8QR.
This is a minute’s walk from Oxford Circus Tube Station.
When are therapy sessions available?
I see people on Mondays (afternoon and evening) and Tuesdays (afternoon and evening).
I work predominantly in a face-to-face capacity but have some availability for online sessions.
Availability for online sessions can be more flexible.

Figures listed are per session and the cost is the same for online or face-to-face.
I am also registered with all major insurance companies.
What to do if you are interested?
Once you get in contact, I will invite you to let me know more about what you would like some help with and arrange an initial consultation. At the end of our initial consultation, we can discuss how we might work together and agree on for how long for. This can be reviewed on a regular basis.
